Terms & ConditionsOur prices include VAT. We previously offered free UK
delivery on all orders, but with the introduction of new postal charges,

Ordering Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse in our Online Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You can return to the shop to buy other items. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Go to Payments" button. Fill in the Invoice details and Delivery address (if different) sections and click the Continue button. Select the Debit or Credit card option and click the Continue button. Finally, fill in the Card details section and click Continue to confirm your order. You will receive an automated receipt by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Security The credit / debit card entry page is safe, secure and encrypted (Click File then Properties whilst on the credit / debit entry page for verification). This means that 3rd parties can not see the information you are entering. We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with the exception of American Express. UK Delivery Delivery by Second Class post within the UK is FREE for orders above £10.00, that is to say that the cost is included in the prices quoted. Since the changes to postal costs in August 2006, we have had to introduce a charge of £0.99 to cover postal costs for orders below £10 in value. You can opt to pay extra for first class post or next day delivery. Despatch is often the same day, or the next working day, and delivery is normally the next working day, but please allow up to 21 days before contacting us regarding an undelivered order. European Delivery Delivery by International Post is normally within 5 working days, but please allow up to 28 days before contacting us. There is a £5 charge for orders despatched to European countries outside the UK. Automatically Cancelled Orders We cancel all orders made with an invalid e-mail address.
Orders made with a credit / debit card that is not registered to the invoice
address will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order if
we have any grounds for suspicion. Fraudulent orders are always reported
to the Police. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service
provider after the goods have been delivered we will assume that we have
been defrauded. All details entered on the order form together with your
IP address will be forwarded to the Police. You will also be blacklisted
from ordering from us and some hundreds of other associated on-line retailers.
We try to keep product details up to date at all times. However, specifications may vary from those shown. All images are copyright. Faulty Goods If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product or the product develops a fault within a reasonable period of time, please return it for replacement (or refund if within 7 days as per the Distance Sellling Regulations 2000). Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Replacements are dispatched generally within 2 working days. The return address is given below. Please enclose your
order number, your address, your reason for returning the goods and your
credit / debit card details, ie. Card number, Expiry date, Valid From
Date (If applicable) and Issue Number (If applicable). If after the good/s
being tested by ourselves they are found to be fully functional they will
be returned to you. Faulty goods must also be returned in the same condition
that they were supplied. If any returned good/s are damaged they will
be returned to you. Undelivered / Lost Goods If after 21 days (UK) or 30 days (Abroad) from the date your order was dispatched (this excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays) your order is still undelivered please follow the following procedure: please contact us to let us know that your order has not arrived. Please mention your order number and the date that you placed your order. Unwanted Goods Under the Distance Sellling Regulation 2000 you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begin from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel your order the item must be un-used and in a re-saleable condition. The product must be returned to us at your expense. The cost of any loss of product / component of a product during transit is your responsibility. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has / have been received by ourselves. Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are received by us. . The return address is given below. Please enclose your order number, your address, your reason for returning the goods and your original credit / debit card receipt (included with your order) - If this is not available please include your credit / debit card details (Card number, Expiry date, Valid From Date (If applicable) and Issue Number (If applicable). Please Note: Should you not enclose your full credit / debit card details with your returned order, we will not be able to refund you as hard copies of card numbers are not retained - for security reasons.
