Battery Star and the www.batterystar.co.uk are trading names of Orate Limited, established in 1999. Originally working in the telecoms field, the company added a webshop to its website in the early months of 2000. Building from a few orders a day, to hundreds every month, the company gained considerable expertise in webshop operations. Back in 2004, the decision was taken to add this additional operation, supplying a variety of batteries.

Our prices are extremely competitive with those you will find on the "High Street". With prices starting at just £0.75 for a battery including VAT, you will, we hope, understand that we cannot answer many questions on the phone and still earn money on our margin within that sort of price.
